4 Questions with Franchise Partner, Phil Beasley

Despite not being a Blo customer, Phil knew he had what it took to develop and lead a strong team. Phil has owned and operated Blo Scottsdale since December 2016.

Q. What were you doing professionally before you opened your first Blo location?

A. I was a sales leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry with an extensive focus on vaccine markets.  My expertise is in providing leadership for large sales organizations through attainment of sales objectives and revenue targets while managing operational expenses.  I’ve had repeated success leading national cross-functional teams through successful product launch and lifecycle management. All of this experience seemed transferrable to opening a new franchise business, like Blo

 Q. What sparked your interest in joining a franchise system? 
 A. I saw the opportunity to build and grow something of real value. A place where employees love to work and customers love to visit!

Q. What made you choose Blo?
A. I liked the challenge of doing something totally different and was really impressed with the Blo branding.

Q. What do you enjoy most about owning your location?
A. Owning my own Blo gives me the opportunity to develop and coach employees, apply my business skills, and grow the business all while giving back to my community.
