Once you’ve officially made the decision to join the Blo Blow Dry Bar family, we are like the best flat iron on the market – we know how to make things go smoothly. Here’s what you can expect.

Site selection starts right away, followed by lease negotiation and signing. Then the real fun begins!

    Our Marketing team will reach out to you to arrange an introductory call and set up a calendar for your marketing training.

  2. icon calendar

    Your Operations Manager will contact you to set up a calendar for your Franchisee training, walk you through the countdown to opening day and provide you with important manuals.

  3. icon software

    You will then be connected to our software provider to activate your account and schedule training. You’ll also be introduced to all of our suppliers and organize your opening orders.

  4. icon staff

    Staff recruitment begins eight weeks prior to opening. On the marketing front, you should be focused on networking and engaging with your local community whenever possible.

  5. icon dryer

    Four weeks before opening, your Operations Manager will assist you in scheduling your onsite Franchisee training. At this point, all of your paid marketing should start.

    The Blo U(niversity) program will start six days before opening. This ensures your team of stylists is prepared to provide guests with the best experiences and blow outs.

    Let the celebration begin! We raise our blow dryers to you as we celebrate all the possibilities and excitement that await you as an official Blo Blow Dry Bar Franchisee.
