Blo’s corporate team constantly provides training opportunities and resources for our franchisees and their teams. Franchisees can make use of our training video series focusing on our Pink Carpet Treatment protocol, as well as hair styling and makeup training videos to ensure their team members are well-prepared to deliver an exceptional guest experience during this peak period. Our monthly stylist training webinars, led by our Director of Artist Education, offer a valuable opportunity for stylists to perfect their updo styling skills in advance of holiday demand.
High Ticket Price Services
Guests preparing for holiday parties drive sales of our higher-priced updo and custom look services and love to add relaxing head massages and nourishing conditioning treatments for some self-care. Guests booking our glamorous hair services love to buy our ready-to-wear hair extension products to enhance their look, generating revenue for our franchisees and extra earnings for their staff! Our makeup services are especially busy at this time of year, and Guests booking makeup services never leave our salon business without purchasing products for use at home.
Gift Giving Drives Retail Sales
During the gift-giving season, Blo’s franchisees do well with sales of gift cards and products that make great stocking stuffers! We also offer Mini Tab packages which our Guests love to purchase for their family and friends. Some of our beauty franchise locations participate in marketing promotions that offer Guests a discount on their January services when they buy gift cards in December.
